Buti MVMNT -
is a movement practice that wakes up every part of you - mind, body, & spirit! It blends yoga asana, functional movement & cardio dance with intentional shaking & vibration to help you break free from what's weighing you down.
music is loud, beat is infectious & the energy is electric! We use beat to pull you out of your head and into your body where release & transformation happen.
Each session strips away the layers that hold you back, leaving your lighter, stronger, and deeply connected to yourself.
Zumba -
is a high-energy, dance-based fitness program that combines Latin-inspired and international music with aerobic interval training. It involves choreographed routines using steps from dances like salsa, merengue, cumbia, and reggaeton, making it a fun and engaging way to exercise for people of various ages and fitness levels. Zumba classes can improve cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, flexibility, and coordination.
Buti Bands -
Similar to Buti MVMNT but we add resistance bands for a more sculpting, toning experience. This class is only 30 minutes.
