A sound bath is a meditative experience in which participants are “bathed” in soothing sound waves created by instruments such as crystal and brass singing bowls, chimes, gongs, and drums. These vibrations help quiet the mind, relax the nervous system, and invite a natural shift into a deeply restorative state. Simply lie back and receive, allowing the sound to guide you inward.
