Sound Bath

A sound bath is a meditative experience where participants are "bathed" in the sounds and vibrations of instruments like singing bowls, gongs, and chimes. It's a form of sound therapy designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and potentially enhance well-being. Participants typically lie down or sit comfortably while the sounds wash over them, facilitating a state of deep relaxation.
