Come experience all LRAF has to offer with this movement mixer! A one hour class that is a mash up of all we have to offer. 10 minutes per class type (10 minutes of Zumba, 10 minutes of WalkFit, 10 minutes of Buti, etc), ending with a 20 minute sound bath!
Then if you'd like to stick around, there will be time to test out the bungees! Jump around, learn a few moves and see how it feels before taking a bungee class!
