Buti MVMNT is a movement practice that wakes up every part of you - mind, body, & spirit! It blends yoga asana, functional movement & cardio dance with intentional shaking & vibration to help you break free from what's weighing you down.
music is loud, beat is infectious & the energy is electric! We use beat to pull you out of your head and into your body where release & transformation happen. Add in the GLOW of black lights and optional body paint for extra fun!
Each session strips away the layers that hold you back, leaving your lighter, stronger, and deeply connected to yourself.
