What is Bungee Fitness?

Several years ago Mallory found herself feeling incomplete. There was a deeper passion that she needed and wanted to discover. Mallory decided to step WAY out of her comfort zone and attend her very first Pole class. It was that moment and that class that she realized she found what she was looking for.

The LRAF studio

Lakes Region Alternative Fitness is a 2,000 square feet alternative gym in the Lakes Region. It is home to the area’s only Bungee & Pole Fitness studio. Our classes take place under neon glow lights for an additional unique experience.
